During the years that I knew Phyllis she was a friendly, loving and kind person to all who knew her.... She treated my 3 children Paige, Zachari and Tobi as if they were her own grandchildren and she looked on me as the daughter she always wanted...
Phyllis became a very big part of the entire family...
